STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
1-on-1 or group work in the conditioning of the athlete, in any stage of their career. Tailoring their training sessions to improve physical fitness and work towards achieving set goals. There will be speed and agility classes, strength classes, or the incorporation of both.
Speed and Agility
Practicing footwork overall speed, from change of direction, and momentum, to form and everything in between. Examining the small details of the athlete’s running vs ball handling to raise the quality of their cardiovascular fitness.
A personal training approach to increase muscular strength and endurance catered to the individual and their goals. Using gym equipment, machinery, and body weight exercise to heighten the performance of the athlete
